National Account Director Added to the Grand River Team

Grand River, an Ann Arbor based, e-commerce design and development company, recently announced the addition of Betsy Petrovic as National Account Director. She will be overseeing all client relationship management, project management and customer engagements, building long-term strategic support and marketing programs for clients through consulting and new service offerings.

"Betsy's has spent the last 5 years building and managing large, profitable e-commerce solutions. Her knowledge and skills are invaluable and our clients will greatly benefit from her experience and problem solving ability."
Petrovic received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Benedictine University in Illinois. She also received a master's degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Business.
Prior to her current position, Petrovic served as the e-Commerce Manager for Collections Etc., Inc. (CEI) where she was responsible for web strategy, content management, user experience, and all web channels. Her efforts boosted the company's Internet revenues by 40 percent since her start in 2004.
Petrovic's interests include singing, running, participating in community service projects and spending time with her family. She resides in Naperville, IL, outside of Chicago, with her husband Adam.
